Dispute Resolution Process

1. Step 1 – Customer Support: Contact Gold365 Customer Support. Our team will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 5 business days.
2. Step 2 – Escalation: Escalate to our Dispute Resolution Team at disputes@gold365online.com. Response within 10 business days.
3. Step 3 – Mediation: Both parties agree to submit to non-binding mediation before arbitration or litigation.
4. Step 4 – Arbitration: Unresolved disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India.
